Shanghai Miaofeng Industrial Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of chemical process pumps and slurry pumps, and is a research and development base for pump products at Zhejiang University and Zhejiang University of Technology. The company was founded in 1993, with strong technical strength, complete production infrastructure, a group of senior experts and skilled engineering technicians, as well as skilled frontline operators; it has complete high-precision advanced processing and testing equipment; it has more than 14,000 square meters of mechanical manufacturing standard workshops. The company can fully meet customer needs in terms of high-speed centrifugal pump product series, applicable scope, etc., the products have been widely entered into the international market, and it is a high-level pump product manufacturer with independent core technology. The design and manufacture of our company’s products strictly comply with or refer to API610 standards. At present，the main products are:
■ High-speed centrifugal pump products: GSB-S series double-pump head horizontal high-speed centrifugal pump，GSB-H series horizontal high-speed centrifugal pump with high-low liquid level oil tank，GSB-L series vertical high-speed centrifugal pump，GSB-Q series forced lubrication horizontal high-speed centrifugal Pump，GSB-F series splash lubrication horizontal high-speed centrifugal pump;
■ Chemical process pump products: AY series centrifugal oil pump，ZAT series petrochemical process pump，MCN series magnetic drive pump，LY series long shaft submerged pump，TL series small flow special centrifugal Pump, XWB Series axial inlet vortex pumps and BTL Series insulation pumps.

The above product lines are widely used in industries such as petroleum refining, petrochemicals, coal chemicals, fine chemicals,fertilizers,natural gas chemical industry , seawater desalination , smelting,clean energy pharmaceutical and food chemical industry , light industry environmental protection black (non-ferrous ) metal beneficiation plants,power plants alumina phosphorus potassium fertilizer steel river dredging. Large-scale high-speed centrifugal pumps have been successfully developed by the company: the maximum flow rate can reach 210m3/h,the maximum head can reach 3050m,and the maximum power can reach 900kw; and large-scale high-speed centrifugal pumps and slurry pumos can be designed according to user’s process parameters.

Under the guidance of experts from the Chinese Academy of Sciences in metallurgical materials,the company uses duplex alloy steel, KmTBCr27 white cast iron and other special metal materials to solve various problems of particle erosion, chemical corrosion of organic acids (acetic acid), inorganic acids (sulfuric acid), ammonium liquid (urea) and amine liquids for users.
